1. Introduction
Welcome to PRIMOZA PRO. By purchasing any digital licenses, subscriptions, or digital services through our marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Digital Goods Delivery
Digital products including software keys, account activations, and subscription vouchers are delivered electronically via WhatsApp or our Order Tracking portal once payment confirmation is verified.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices listed on PRIMOZA PRO are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Payments must be made via authorized bank transfer or official partner payment gateways. Orders will only be processed upon verified receipt of funds.
4. Warranty & Support
All genuine products come with warranty support covering the stated subscription or license duration. In the rare event of an activation issue, our technical team will assist or replace the item within 24 hours.
