1. Replacement Guarantee
If any software key, license, or service provided by PRIMOZA PRO is invalid upon receipt or fails due to an issue on our end, we provide an immediate 100% free replacement.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the irreversible nature of digital license keys, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of reporting, a full refund will be processed back to your original bank account.
